4. How We Use Your Data

If you use ai.m Healthy and share your health record with a doctor or hospital, data is shared only after you provide explicit, informed, and revocable consent. Each consent request specifies the purpose, duration, and scope of access.

5.2 With the ABDM Ecosystem

If you link your ABHA account, your health records may be shared with ABDM-registered Health Information Providers (HIPs) and Health Information Users (HIUs) — strictly in accordance with ABDM's consent management architecture. You remain in full control.

5.3 With Service Providers

We engage carefully vetted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our platform (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics, customer support tools). These providers process data on our behalf under strict data processing agreements and are prohibited from using your data for their own purposes.

5.4 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of ClinAlly, our users, or the public.
